Ride Log – April 17, 2024

1. Accidentally joined a ride with some absolute beasts.

   I love watching their intense training sessions,

   but still don’t have the guts to actually follow along—it’s a one-way ticket to the afterlife 😂

2. Joined Rapha’s Wednesday Fengguizui ride again

   and finally got a proper group photo! 😆

   Also ran into Louis—haven’t seen him since over a year ago when I had just started cycling.

3. Finally rode with Qunyu again

   Our filming rhythm is still totally in sync—

   as soon as I see the camera, I know it’s time to step on it 😎

4. Did an extra 70km along the riverside after Fengguizui

   as prep for next weekend’s CT226 triathlon.

   Flat rides are a different beast altogether—

   you’ve got to dial in your posture and coordination to save watts and keep speed.

   Lower the bars and tuck in against the headwind,

   switch to the tops and let the tailwind carry you. 記錄一下4/17的騎乘

   1.亂入了鬼神們的練車

   很喜歡看他們的練車日常

   但只敢看還不敢跟，會出人命😂

   
   

   2.騎了幾次Rapha週三風櫃嘴

   終於拍到大合照了😆

   而且還遇到了許久不見的Louis 

   離上次見面是一年多前剛騎車的時候了

   
   

   3.久違的跟群育一起騎車

   拍攝還是一樣有默契

   看到鏡頭貼上去就對了😎

   
   

   4.風櫃結束後加練河濱70公里

   為了下週末的CT226三鐵做準備

   騎平地真的又是另一件事

   姿勢和協調性要做對

   才會省瓦數又有速度

   逆風握下把省瓦數

   順風換上把給風推

   
   

   5.嘗試把三鐵衣穿在車衣裡頭，模擬比賽當天的狀態適不適合這樣穿，意外的蠻舒服的，也不會太熱，背後有三個口袋果然比較有安全感😂
